RepairTrak operates on a no-refund policy for all paid subscriptions. This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing and provide the highest quality service to our auto repair shop customers.

Always Free Option: Our Basic plan remains free forever with essential features, ensuring you can always access RepairTrak's core functionality without any payment obligation.

We believe in transparency and want all customers to understand our policies before subscribing to any paid plan. This policy applies to all RepairTrak subscription plans including Premium, Pro, and Enterprise levels.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancelling your RepairTrak subscription is simple and can be done at any time:

  4. Confirm your cancellation

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in very limited circumstances:

  • Significant service outages lasting multiple days
  • Data loss due to our system errors
  • Critical features completely non-functional for extended periods

5.2 Billing Errors

  • Unauthorized charges due to our billing system errors
  • Double-billing or incorrect amounts charged
  • Charges after confirmed cancellation

5.3 Legal Requirements

  • Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws
  • Regulatory compliance requirements
  • Court-ordered refunds

Any exception requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date and include detailed documentation of the circumstances.
